A wild Brooklyn warehouse party takes a deadly turn when flesh-eating zombies suddenly appear. A motley crew of drag queens and club kids must put aside their differences to face the undead in this glitter-soaked horror comedy. Directed by Tina Romero, daughter of horror legend George A. Romero, Queens of the Dead features an impressive ensemble cast including Jaquel Spivey, Jack Haven, Katy O’Brian, Nina West, Margaret Cho, Cheyenne Jackson, and Riki Lindhome. With outrageous costumes, a killer soundtrack, and gleefully gory effects, Romero’s film pays homage to both classic zombie films and queer culture, while poking fun at both along the way.
