Rose Byrne plays Amanda Ogle, a once secure and driven professional, now living in her blue 1991 Corolla after losing everything. When a predatory tow company steals and impounds her car they demand a whopping $21, 634, which Amanda refuses to accept lying down. She embarks on an uphill legal battle to reclaim her vehicle, but also her dignity, pride and faith in humanity. Premiering at Tribeca 2025, Tow is a raw, compassionate portrayal of homelessness accentuated by Byrne’s powerhouse performance, who studied the real Amanda Ogle in preparation for this story based on true events.
